County Route 82 is a well traveled east–west route in the Town of Niagara named Packard Road. Route 82 begins at its west end at the Niagara Falls City Line with the Town of Niagara. The route travels in a southwest–northeast direction. At 0.6 miles (0.97 km) the roadway intersects Interstate 190 (Niagara Expressway) and then very shortly thereafter New York State Route 182 (Porter Rd.). Route 82 ends briefly here at 0.7 miles (1.1 km) as NY 182 takes over as Porter-Packard Road, the roadway intersects New York State Route 265 (Military Rd.) at 0.8 miles (1.3 km) and then New York State Route 182 (Porter Rd.) departs from Packard Rd. at 0.9 miles (1.4 km); Route 82 then resumes northeast on Packard Road. The Route continues on its northeast track until its end at Lockport Rd. (CR 6).
The NY 182 portion of Packard Road, only 0.2 miles (0.32 km) long is excluded from Route 82, so in actuality the Route is 2.1 miles (3.4 km) long.

Route 92 runs from its west end at an intersection with CR 14 (Beattie Ave.) and travels 1.2 miles (1.9 km) east to an end at Akron Road (unsigned NY 954M), the former routing of NY 93 by the way of the city of Lockport. The roadway itself that is named Lincoln Avenue continues west into the city for another 0.9 miles (1.4 km) and comes to an end at South Transit St. (NY 78); likewise at the west end, Lincoln continues east another 4.1 miles (6.6 km) to come to an end at Gasport Rd.

County Route 96 is a well traveled north–south (southwest–northeast) route named Bear Ridge Road. CR 96 travels predominately through the Town of Pendleton, but also in the Town of Lockport for a short distance towards its north end. Route 96 begins its south end at the Erie County Line. In Erie County the roadway travels for a very short distance to connect to Tonawanda Creek Road (CR 2). Route 96 travels roughly northeast through the Town of Pendleton, intersecting north–south Campbell Blvd. (NY 270) within the town. Around 4.4 miles (7.1 km) Bear Ridge begins to parallel the west side of the Erie Canal, which it follows into the City of Lockport. The next major intersection is at Lockport Rd. (CR 6) and Robinson Rd. (CR 123) at 6.3 miles (10.1 km). Route 96 continues north ending at the Lockport City Line, however the roadway continues till an end at Hinman Ave.
